I recently finished a wind ensemble transcription of Claude Debussy's famous piano piece, Reverie. The work was premiered by the Guyer HS Band at the 2018 WIBC Conference in Seattle. The perusal score and mockup are available here

    Firefly for Orchestra
10 years ago I wrote Firefly for Bruce Dinkins and the James Bowie High School band for their performance at the 2009 ABA convention. It seemed appropriate on the anniversary of it's completion to transcribe the piece for full orchestra. You can check out the perusal and MP3 (mockup) HERE

Congratulations to the 2018 Boston Crusaders on fantastic summer! It was a joy bringing the music to this production to life and the cast delivered great performances night after night

    Wild Goose

The Boston Crusaders premier their 2018 production "S.O.S.", tonight at the DCI Tour Premier in Detroit. We are excited for audiences to experience these amazing performers this season!

A new live recording of Portrait in Jade is now posted.

Is now available! Commissioned by the Fillmore Wind Band for their 2017 Midwest Clinic performance, Jinx is a short, mischievous, grade-3 work for symphonic winds and percussion.

In December of 2017 the Hiroshima Wind Orchestra premiered a revised version of The Wild Goose. This revision was done to accommodate this professional ensemble's specific instrumentation for their performance at the 2017 Midwest Band & Orchestra Clinic in Chicago. Because this version is orchestrated for a typical wind ensemble (winds + timpani + 5 percussion) I have decided to make it available, as it opens the piece up to groups who may not have the personnel needed to perform the original 2014 version. Please go to the Wild Goose Page for more details.

    United Sound

On November 27th the Boston Pops in partnership with Bronson Arroyo, Theo Epstein, and others will be putting on a concert to benefit United Sound, a peer mentoring program for students with special needs. I was fortunate to be asked to be apart of this event by arranging one of the tunes to be performed... "Under the Bridge" by the Red Hot Chili Peppers. If you are in the Boston area please consider going to the concert. I know it will be an amazing evening!

    Portrait in Jade
